Buttons are not active

If specific buttons, such as the upload button, are not working your javascript may be turned off. Follow the below instructions for your browser to turn on javascript.

Recent versions of Internet Explorer on the PC:
1. Go to the "Tools" Menu and select "Internet Options".
2. Click on the Security Tab.
3. Click the "Default Level" button.
Now you will need to clear the cache (memory) of the browser.
1. Go to the "Tools" Menu and select "Internet Options".
2. Click on the General Tab.
3. Click on the "Delete Files" button.
Close your browser and reopen it to see all the changes.


Netscape on the PC:
1. Go to the "Edit" Menu and select "Preferences".
2. Click on "Advanced" in the left side navigation.
3. Under Advanced click on "Scripts & Plug-ins".
4. Make sure "Enable Javascript for Navigator" is checked.
5. Make sure "Allow scripts to:" is checked for all items.
Now you will need to clear the cache (memory) of the browser.
1. Go to the "Edit" Menu and select "Preferences".
2. Click on "Advanced" in the left side navigation.
3. Under Advanced click on "Cache".
4. Click the "Clear Cache" button.
Close your browser and reopen it to see all the changes.


Firefox on the PC:
1. Go to "Tools" menu and select "Options".
2. Click on "Web Features" in the left side navigation.
3. Make sure that "Enable Javascript" is checked.
Now you will need to clear the cache (memory) of the browser.
1. Go to "Tools" menu and select "Options".
2. Click on "Privacy" in the left side navigation.
3. Click on the plus sign next to "Cache".
4. Click on the "Clear" button in the Cache section.
Close your browser and reopen it to see all the changes.


AOL on the PC:
1. From AOL Toolbar, click on "Settings". 2. Click on "Internet [Web] Options" under "I" in the "Index" tab. 3. Click on "Use your Internet Explorer Settings" on the right side of the page. 4. Click on the "Security" tab.
5. Click the "Default Level" button.
Now you will need to clear the cache (memory) of the browser.
1. From AOL Toolbar, click on "Settings". 2. Click on "Internet [Web] Options" under "I" in the "Index" tab. 3. Click on "Use your Internet Explorer Settings" on the right side of the page. 4. Click on the "Temporary Internet Files" tab.
5. Click the " Delete Files " button.
Close your browser and reopen it to see all the changes.


Internet Explorer on the Mac:
1. Select "Preferences" from the "Explorer" Menu.
2. Click on "Web Content" under "Web Browser" in the left hand navigation.
3. Make sure that "Enable Scripting" and "Enable Plugins" are checked under "Active Content".
Now you will need to clear the cache (memory) of the browser.
1. Select "Preferences" from the "Explorer" Menu.
2. Click on "Advanced" under "Web Browser" in the left hand navigation.
Click on "Empty Now" button under "Cache".
Close your browser and reopen it to see all the changes.


FireFox on the Mac:
1. Select "Preferences" from the "FireFox" Menu.
2. Click on "Web Features" in the left side navigation.
3. Make sure that "Enable Javascript" is checked.
Now you will need to clear the cache (memory) of the browser.
1. Select "Preferences" from the "FireFox" Menu.
2. Click on "Privacy" in the left side navigation.
3. Click on the "Clear" button in the Cache section.
Close your browser and reopen it to see all the changes.


Safari on the Mac:
1. Select "Preferences" from the "Safari" Menu.
2. Click "Security" in the top navigation.
3. Make sure that "Enable Javascipt" is checked.
Now you will need to clear the cache (memory) of the browser by selecting "Empty Cache" from the "Safari" Menu.

Close your browser and reopen it to see all the changes.
